Search help:

How to submit a jurisdictional inquiry?

Solution

Click on Submit an application in the menu bar on top of the screen. The third option: Inquiries / Support Request is what you are looking for if you have a question concerning jurisdiction.

In the form: Type of request*: select jurisdictional inquiry and fill out the form.

Upload a „brief description of the project“ (it's highly recommended to use this template), and any other documents that might be relevant to the ethical review, e.g. Patient Informed Consent or questionnaires that are given to the participants.

Click on Submit to submit your request to the selected EC.

Note: Some ECs will charge you for their work if you have a jurisdictional inquiry. Please check your competent EC’s homepage first.
