At the general assembly, Dr. Susanne Driessen, St.Gallen, was re-elected as president of swissethics. Three new vice-presidents were elected: Prof. Dr. Maja Beck Popovic, Lausanne, Dr. med. Beatrice Giberti Gai, Bellinzona and MLaw Regula Steiner, Bern. swissethics is thus well-positioned for the future with a range of new skills and representation of different regions of the country. swissethics expresses its greatest thanks to the outgoing Vice-President Dr. iur. Jürg Müller, Basle, and the outgoing Vice-President Prof. Dr. Caroline Samer, Geneva, for their great service rendered to swissethics over the past years.
