swissethics raccomanda vivamente di mantenere le conoscenze attraverso regolari attività di ricerca, ad es. conducendo sperimentazioni cliniche, seguendo corsi di perfezionamento relativi alla ricerca o corsi di aggiornamento su GCP, esponendosi a ispezioni di GCP, ecc.
Uno sperimentatore può assumere il ruolo e le responsabilità del promotore in una sperimentazione clinica se ha seguito sia il corso per lo "sperimentatore" che quello per il "promotore-sperimentatore". Il corso di formazione "promotore-sperimentatore" è valido e viene offerto solo ai candidati che hanno precedentemente seguito anche il corso riconosciuto "sperimentatore".
Si consiglia ai candidati di consultare direttamente il fornitore del corso per sapere quale modulo di formazione deve seguire per soddisfare i requisiti. Questo perché alcuni fornitori di corsi offrono moduli di formazione singoli "promotore-sperimentatore", mentre altri fornitori di corsi offrono entrambi i moduli ("sperimentatore" e "promotore-seperimentatore") in un unico corso.
Le commissioni etiche possono richiedere agli sperimentatori di seguire nuovamente un corso GCP, se le commissioni etiche ritengono che le conoscenze non siano state mantenute.

Le commissioni etiche possono richiedere agli sperimentatori di seguire nuovamente un corso GCP, se le commissioni etiche ritengono che le conoscenze non siano state mantenute.
I fornitori di corsi possono richiedere il riconoscimento dei loro corsi da parte di swissethics in base ai nuovi obiettivi di apprendimento.
