Dear Colleagues, dear BASEC users,

As announced to you by email on December 23rd 2016, swissethics is organizing the 1st  ‘BASEC exchange expertise meeting’ with the BASEC users, which will take place on March 9, 2017 afternoon, in Bern, provided there is sufficient interest.

The objective of the exchange expertise meeting is to discuss the best use of BASEC and how we could further improve the submission portal. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss topics related to the submissions of research projects to the Ethics Committees, but not exclusively limited to BASEC.

To participate, please register online before February 5, 2017. Link to the registration here. The registration online is mandatory. It won’t be possible to register the day of the meeting.

Depending on the final number of registrations, swissethics might decide to limit the final number of participants (e.g. by limiting the number participants to one person per organization/institution, or by prioritizing the BASEC users with the highest number of projects submitted, or by other criteria), or, if there are less than 10 registrations, to cancel the meeting.

Detailed information about the venue and the exact time will be sent shortly after February 5th to the attendees.
